It's that kind of day, I walked to work today actually I walked to both jobs today. My car is leaking antifreeze and I am really hoping that it's not my radiator but we shall see. So in efforts to save my car from any further damage until I figure it out I walked to work. I was pretty surprised at how fast it was, I learned it takes me 15 minutes to walk to my first job and 15 minutes from that job to walk to my next job. It's not that bad...
Ha, I started this post a while back...still walkin to work. I am going to drop my car off at the mechanics on Thursday since I won't need it anyway, I am flying out of town for a couple of days. Should be fun, we will see.
I loose my job on Wednesday, yeah for me. Apparently it is a lot cheaper to run the company out of Salt Lake City than good ol California. I've seen this coming for quite some time now and well I actually thought they would close up shop two quarters ago. I've read the company's financials (we are a publicly traded company) since day one and well they aren't that great. Pretty horrible actually, and the CEOs oy' they are all cronies from another company who get obscene salaries to do nothing, no clue at all. Oh well. I still have my other job and well that is opening up a lot of possibilities for me as well. Maybe even better ones but we will see. Surprisingly I am not that freaked out about it, I think I should be but I am not, maybe I am suppressing it? I always land on my feet so I think I will be okay...
I am LOVING the weather lately, we got back to summer weather, it's been in the 70's and 80's with night lows in the 60's, it's good to be a beach bum! Now I just gotta work time in to go to the beach, ha!
I have been pretty introvert lately, I am not sure what is bothering me but something is...well actually that's a lie I can think of a few things bothering me...

I hope your car issues are resolved soon... at least the weather is cooperating with your walking ;)
Best of luck and warm kisses to you... I'm sure things will mend themselves relating to work. Change sucks and can be stressful - but it's usually those moments that you see with the most clarity... and this may be a change for the better!!

yeah the funny thing is I am not too worried about it at all. A friend was supposed to look at it two weeks ago but he is lagging so I am just going to take it to the mechanic tomorrow before I fly out...
I just got some good news in regards to living situation; more on that later :) Oh and Thanks so much for the warm kisses and nice thoughts, it means a lot to me. I am thinking of you and hoping that things work out for you. (Oh and I want a copy of this supposed picture taking that is going on in CO...)

*I layed hands on a car (a healing term, you know me :) ) once that had a rod knocking and was told it wouldn't make it out of the parking lot. Well, I drove it to texas from indiana and it ran so well, I gave it away to someone who needed a car nearly a year later. Don't know why I shared that...just came to mind.
